I like to change things up and approach each class with whatever is inspiring us right now.   1. Bullet No two people should be practicing alike. We are all unique depending on our backgrounds, age, flexibility and lifestyles. In the group classes I try to make sure everyone is safe, comfortable and practicing to their ability in a way that supports their total well being. Classes are usually arranged age appropriately to create the best dynamics.


  1. Bullet Private sessions are designed to work on exactly what is needed: challenging your practice, pregnancy, recovery from illness or surgery, working with an injury or simply a students preference to work privately.
